Automatic barriers

The automatic barriers do not require any maintenance. The gear used in all cases is sealed and contains special oil that should not be changed. Operating temperature is between -25 and +40 degrees Celsius.

Automatic Barriers offered by Rolorand are part of the professional version in the industrial and residential field.

Automatic barriers combine ease of use, minimalist design and practicality, and offer a wide range of accessories, as well as several control and monitoring options, from the most traditional remote controls and keys to the “coin” or “magnetic loop” operated systems

Only a few functions implemented in these systems are represented also in the traditional products from the same class, such as: the possibility of adding a backup battery to ensure continuity of energy supply in case of power failure, triple safety system to impact, photocells and contact sensors on the entire length of the barrier and safety in using the remote control.

The electromagnetic clutch used is programmable and it is assisted by the microprocessor. Any brake more powerful than the set value leads to reverse rotation of the engine. Also using microprocessor control, the position of the barrier is constantly monitored, and the closing is made smoothly without forcing.
These features are possible because of using photoelectric readers directly to the operator.

Other special features: automatic closing after a preset period of time from its opening.
